Chance Chase
President

Chance M. Chase started young within his family’s company, working summers until coming full time in 2009. Chance is Vice President of Business Development for Mack Energy and President of Chase Energy Services. Chance received a BA in Psychology from Rollins College as well as a Business Degree and a Professional Land & Resource Management degree from Western State Colorado University. Chance is a board member of the Chase Foundation, Goal Advocacy, and numerous community boards.
Florence Livingston
CFO

Florence Livingston joined Mack Energy Corporation in 2004 as an Accountant and has since moved into the role of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Her responsibilities include overseeing all financial operations, guiding corporate financial strategy, and managing financial risks. She also continues to develop budgets and analyze financial information for both Mack Energy Corporation and Chase Energy Services. Florence graduated in 2002 from New Mexico State University with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Accounting, and she is a member of COPAS.
Jerry Sherrell

Bullseye Construction
Jerry Sherrell has been working full time in civil dirt work for over fifty years. He has worked for several construction companies throughout his career with the most notable being a foreman for Mack Energy starting in 1991. In 2013, Jerry along with partners opened Bullseye Construction LLC, a division of Chase Energy Services. Under Jerry’s successful management, Bullseye Construction has tripled in size within only three years. His motto is treat every job as if you are doing it for yourself.
Richard Soto
Operations Manager
Buffalo Oilfield Supply
Richard has over 25 years’ experience in the oilfield industry. He began his career on a roustabout crew for Phillips 66. In 1994, Richard went to work at Andrews Pump & Supply as a downhole pump technician and was quickly promoted to supervise the pump shop. In 2004, Richard took the position of Pump Shop Manager at Wilson Supply. In 2006, the Chase family purchased Production Specialty Services. In 2008, Richard was promoted to Area Manager where he was responsible for all NM operations and sales.
Scott Ford
Risk/Safety Manager

Scott E. Ford joined Mack Energy Corporation in 2013, where he served as the Safety Coordinator for Mack Energy Corporation and in 2017, assumed the role of Risk/Safety Manager for Mack Energy, Chase Energy Services and other affiliated companies owned by the Chase Family. Prior to his arrival with Mack Energy Corporation, Scott served with the New Mexico State Police where he retired and held the rank of Deputy Chief, after 22 years of service. He is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety, School of Police Staff Command, a OSHA Authorized General Industry Instructor and holds numerous instructor authorizations through the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service and PEC Safety.
